Repetition haiku

Today's poetry exercise, to 'write a short poem, using repetition to effect' doesn't really suit haiku, where there is no room for extraneous words - yet, here we go...

Early, early morn

sleepless, sleepless the night, yet

comes the dawn, the dawn
