Ooh I felt better this morning for a decent night's sleep. Back on form today and the sun was almost shining at 7am. By 8 of course it was raining and there were the dogs to be walked...a little haiku wrote itself while we were out:

Seeking recompense
and suddenly in the rain
I hear the silence...

Then it was off for a morning's meditation with friends - I managed lunch too before creeping home to my silence...

There was domestic stuff to be done and a bit of waxing - a table, a bit of floor and the ceramics from last night's hearth-fire.

And then tonight the rain stopped and Kitty and I strolled the prom as the sun set...
